14 News, the Tri-State’s News and Weather Leader and NBC affiliate in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a temporary full-time producer for the daily newscasts. Experience producing in local television news is preferred, however, associate producer experience will be considered. We are looking for someone who knows how to take charge of a plan, can incorporate strategic planning into the daily newscast and motivate others to execute the vision. Candidate should be able to write for the web and help produce continuous news coverage online and through social media. Must be strong at multi-tasking and attentive to the details but also possesses solid people/management skills. Must be creative, a great writer and can enterprise beyond the news of the day.
