With the airing of “Across Kentucky” for Friday, December 29, Mike Feldhaus will be concluding his regular contract work with Farm Bureau for production of that daily program. As some of you know, Mike officially retired in ’09 but stayed on in a free lance role producing Across Kentucky which he says he enjoyed very much. Mike and his wife Sandy plan to do a little more traveling in the coming months.

Across Kentucky will continue, in the able hands of Alan Watts who some of you know has filled in for Mike on the program from time to time in the last year or so. He’ll do a great job.

Mike says, “I thank all of you in the broadcast industry for your support and encouragement over the years and while I look forward to “kicking back” full time; I know I will miss production of the show and for sure will miss the relationships I had with so many of you. In recent years, for a few of you , I’ve been producing commercial spots, tags, promos and the like, and I will continue to do that and hope to build that list of clientele; so if you have a need in that vein shoot an email my way and we can discuss.
