On Friday, August 12, KBA members and staff had the opportunity to meet with Congressman Brett Guthrie of the 2nd Congressional District of Kentucky.Topics covered included the Opioid Bill, combating Methamphetamine use and abuse, farmers battling swarms of black buzzards also known as vultures. The species are protected under the federal Migratory Bird Act. A special thanks to Congressman Guthrie for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet with us about issues in the Commonwealth.
