Alpha Media – Louisville has an opening for a Part-Time Digital Assistant/Graphic Artist. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Sales Managers, this individual will be directly involved in assisting the sales management and sales teams, will create, shoot, coordinate, and manage web and mobile content and graphics as well as campaign tactical executions. The ideal candidate will be able to think logically, be able to handle multiple priorities and projects at any given time with a high degree of proficiency, and have to ability to meet strict timelines. This role has a high client facing aspect; candidate must be able to work with management and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities for this position may include:
•Graphic artist for sales team – three pieces of artwork for each display campaign as well as sales website takeovers.
•Work with sales team on graphic ads including banners for O&O, targeted display, and apps that will bring results for clients.
•Conceptualize, shoot, and edit digital video content for clients, websites, and/or social media.
•Work with clients to understand and exceed their digital and visual expectations.
•Submit creative to the Digital Traffic Team.
•Submit all sold e-blast banners to Promotions Directors on a weekly basis.
•Create Aptivada contests.
•Work directly with clients designing website pages.
•General administrative support – backup receptionist and/or sales with administrative duties as needed.
•Write clear and concise copy.
•Edit and proofread copy.
•Create mock banners for clients.
Requirements of this position include the following:
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
•Working knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Experience with design software including Adobe CC, Photoshop and Illustrator.
•Proven experience dealing with constantly evolving deadlines in an ever-changing project landscape.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
•Be a positive member of a tight-knit team.
Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
•Prior experience in the broadcast industry or related field.
•Working knowledge of WordPress.
•General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software.
