Job Description: Produce and anchor compelling weather forecasts for weekday morning programs.
Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Meteorology and 1-4 years as Broadcast Meteorologist preferred. Writing skills and PC competent. Experience using Baron HD Weather system a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. equipment. Good interpersonal skills and punctuality for an early morning shift are musts!

WAVE 3 News is looking for a photojournalist who loves to tell great visual stories, dominate breaking news coverage, and help make our entire news product better. Our photojournalists work as part of a team and individually. WAVE 3 News has reporters who work as MMJs, but photographers are considered paramount and team with reporters on a regular basis. On solo assignments, photographers must be able to conduct interviews, gather facts, identify and gather digital assets.
Minimum 1 year of electronic news gathering experience required, and a college degree is preferred. Must be proficient in shooting news on a variety of formats, live truck operation, non-linear editing, and newsgathering for digital platforms. Experience with SNG, Edius, Oasis, or LiveU would be a plus. Candidates must have good organizational and communication skills and must be able to meet deadlines under stressful situations. Must have and maintain an excellent driving record.
